Wow. That's an awfully rough day. Condolences dude. I'll piggyback on that and choose to be optimistic that the Cubs have bottomed out. Just about the only way the Cub offense could go worse at this point would be to have a perfect game pitched against 'em. Always possible, and the past 2 games and paper match-ups may make that result seem inevitable right now, but I've watched enough baseball to expect the scoreless streak doesn't reach 27 innings and a top tier offense won't post a sub-500 OPS for a series. If those do happen, meh, that's playoff baseball variance for ya. To better days ahead! Go Cubs!
