Got to take what we can get. Cuzzi is horrifyingly bad, and IIRC it was that ridiculous outside corner that contributed to the Cubs needing to expand the zone. I'm not sure how it will play out, but we already know Cuzzi "teaming up" with Lackey would result in a very difficult game for us, so I'll take the unknown. That's how I'd take it. If Carlson rewards Lackey for pitching inside, fine -- but there's less margin for error there. And if he's off a bit due to short rest, should yield sufficient offensive production.
