    eh. He's a bit older and was pretty bad last year and has been looking pretty crappy this year. Balfour does appear to be toast, unfortunately. His velocity in 2013, his last good season, was sitting around 93.3. It was 91.6 last year. It's 89.7 this year so far. Still 6 mph better than Weaver.
