    He's "puffing himself up" by trying to justify his demotion from Wisconsin to Arkansas (yes, that's a downgrade) by comparing conferences. It's typical meatballery This is a discussion that will never go anywhere, but I'll bite. How is Wisconsin to Arkansas a downgrade? I would consider the programs to be of equal stature in their respective conferences and nationally, and there's not even a question about stepping up to a bigger, richer, better conference. The Hogs have sucked the last 2 years, but in the last 10 years they have twice been 1 late season loss away from playing for a National Title. Ark/Wisconsin: Conference titles-13/14 National titles-1/0 Wins-682/653 All Americans-23/22 Yeah, it feels like at best a lateral move, though it's easier to win at Wiscy now, thus making it easier to get/maintain a national profile as a coach.

    KU might win 4 games if we're lucky. I'm pulling for 2 Purdue wins. I know it's a little greedy hoping to double our win total. Lmao, Illinois blows. So I guess make that 0-4 on anybody being excited. NFL! NFL! im still excited, but I also hate myself and love torturing myself with hope each game.

    I'm generally not a fan of "let's make fun of harmless normal folks" bits. They are mean and dumb and made for mean and dumb people who need to see others fail in order to make themselves feel better about their mean dumbasses. Also, leading the witness with "from the Oakland deal" or "from the Garza deal' is a dumb trick that is going to create more "oh that was his name" assumptions by the interviewee than simply just throwing out a name. I agree with all of this.

    His signature had his real name and that he was a Catholic priest. And it does kind of make me think calling Hendry was a baller move. Like cubinny said, SSB was like "[expletive] it. Things need to happen, and they need to happen now. Time to get on the phone."

    I think the teammates are the important one. I would never expect the front office to badmouth anyone with even a sliver of trade value. Given that Law made him out to be a monster in his chat on Friday, it's good to know that his teammates appear to enjoy him. What did Law say?

    So the Cavs offered Wiggins and Bennett for Love, and MN still wants more? I feel like they're perhaps already getting more than they should there. Love is gonna walk regardless; they're not negotiating from a position of strength.

    I chastised the poster dextermorgan for similar use of the word rape once, and he got very angry with me. However, I wasn't the editor of a poetry journal at the time, so he may have just been dissatisfied with my credentials.
