  1. I love listening to Pat call a game. He’s so good and so effortless at at.
  2. When I was at the Smokies game it only came into play one time in the first inning when the Biscuits pitcher had a ball called. It didn't seem to be much of a problem for any of the pitchers, at least in that game. One thing I did notice is that if the batter stepped out of the box they shut down the pitch clock for that pitch.
  3. Thompson has 1 WAR already which is more than 50% of his total.
  4. Still early. Gorman's arm could fall off.
  5. Only against right-handers. Funny! He actually crushed lefties when he was in a long-relief role in September. lol
  6. It’s probably the best use of Adbert too once, if, he comes back. Only against right-handers.
  7. They're the little engine that could right now. I still don't care for Madrigal, he's going to be .285/.311/.325 for the season. He might take less than 30 walks this season. Seiya has been awesome and looks like he's destined for a really strong season with his approach.
  8. Kid is going to get a 250M contract before he throws an mlb pitch if he gets posted If his arm doesn't fall off first. Look at the torque he's putting on that elbow.

  10. I’ve never heard of the Cubs pitcher.
  11. Yes I think she is much better than Boog.
  12. That 19 year old dude in Japan who threw a no hitter last week threw an eight inning no hitter yesterday before being taken out after 100 pitches. His splitter is incredible.
  13. Heyward is pulling off on every swing. He had the worst nonpitcher swing I’ve ever seen at the major league level.
  14. Watching Bryant out there in LF makes me think he’s a better 3rd baseman than he is an outfielder.
  15. My overall impression. Jenson looked really good. He mostly worked up in the zone and it cost him in the third. He definitely dominated the Biscuits outside of two high fastballs that got smacked. The bats were nothing to note. No one really worked a count. A lot of early swings and weak contact. We had a great time as a family. This is really the first time in two years we’ve left the house. It’s supposed to rain the rest of the weekend so I’m not sure much baseball will be played.
  16. At least Madrigal can’t gdpl
