  1. Yeah, because the Pats just decimated the Jets today. it was rainy and windy the whole game. the cowboys barely beat the lions, who are getting trashed by the chargers today, and are struggling with the crappy eagles. the cowboys really aren't playing well. So it's not going to be rainy and windy in Foxboro in January? *My issue is you constantly advancing the Pats for no reason. might be. bad weather has helped teams stay closer to the pats (baltimore, jets) but they still haven't lost. and as for "advancing the pats for no reason," they're 14-0 and might be the best team ever, i would say those are pretty good reasons.

  3. Every team penn state or philly plays against gets all the calls. Life must be rough, what with all these league administrators and referees plotting against you. hey i recall one of the lions players getting flagged for spiking the ball after a play last week. just odd that when julius jones did it, there wasn't the same call. Romo was flagged for it last week as well. personally i think it's dumb. it's one thing if you're doing it to show up an opponent, but if a guy is just frustrated, what's the big deal?
  4. btw if the cowboys are struggling at home against a lousy team like the eagles, that doesn't bode well for them beating the pats in the super bowl. grossman-esque first half for romo. maybe jessica can give him a halftime beej and get him going.

  6. good to see the cowboys not getting called for things that get called against the rest of the league
  7. not really... he's been a really good qb for us, but we're not going anywhere the next couple of years, so the best thing is to try to get something from a team that needs a competent qb
  8. http://celebworld.files.wordpress.com/2006/11/jessica-simpson-picture-1.jpg yeah i'm sure two weeks from now it will be some other airhead with big knockers.
  9. good decision to run the ball out after picking it off 8 yards deep in the endzone. dumbass. i'd be pretty pissed off about that if i actually wanted the eagles to win. then of course it's time for andy reid to piss away a challenge like he does every game.
  10. ok that's nice, let's stop showing the latest skank that tony romo is nailing
  11. thank God it's over, now we shouldn't have to hear about michigan's head coaching situation any more
  12. i see we continue to lump howry in with the "bad signing" group, even though he's more than earned his $4m per year.
  13. ah there's that dallas cowboy arrogance again... good to have a real team to hate again (the dave campo cowboys were hard to hate because they were so inept)
  14. who cares? on paper the bullpen looks to be one of the better ones in the league, with or without a "truly dominant closer." let the reds have cordero at $10.5M per; let the brewers have gagne at $10M. our bullpen should be just as good, and probably cheaper than at least the brewers' pen and possibly cincy's too.
  15. can't say i agree with these... it's not Johnson's fault that he had to play behind a dog crap O-line with no passing attack to keep the defense honest, and then got hurt. It's not Heap's fault that he has struggled with injuries, and that Baltimore has no competent quarterback. you want RBs who have REALLY been a bust, how about cedric benson or shawn alexander. and l.j. smith and alge crumpler would've been better bust picks at TE. how can you not place blame on johnson because of his o-line and then proceed to name cedric benson as a better pick as a bust? the bears o-line is probably, no definitely, the worst in the nfl. trust me, the bears do not have the worst offensive line in the nfl. and johnson was a great back when he had a good o-line in front of him. benson hasn't done much since he came into the league. And the 1st year he actually gets a chance to do anything in the NFL, his Oline is one of the 3 worst in the NFL. Im not saying Benson will be great, hell or even good, but to give Johnson a free pass for this year(which is what the rankings are) because of his line, and then name Benson instead, well it doesnt make sense. ok, well take shawn alexander or reggie bush then. i really don't care.

  17. oh good, it had been two whole days without hearing about the Most Important Job In The Universe. please michigan, just hire someone, i don't care who. just get it over with.
  18. by the way, congrats vance! you guys apparently got that dirty hit on kitna after all! http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3155275
  19. dusty baker salomon torres edgar renteria luis castillo latroy hawkins dave duncan lance berkman every soft-tossing lefty that inexplicably dominates the cubs
  20. good value for the padres... $4m is cheap for a player of his caliber
  21. He was one of the first players to actually "work out", so to speak. He used to go running with weights in his shoes during the offseason. he also beat up black people for cardio work
  22. i think someone should rickroll modzilla
  23. boy i never, ever thought i'd be reading about the dilemma of whether to start carson palmer or derek freakin anderson
  24. yes, please beat us. we're headed for a top 10 pick if we can really crap the bed the rest of the way.
