derrek lee almost got himself thrown out on that play too. boy i would've been pissed if we turned 1st and 2nd, no outs into bases empty, two outs.

if you were a catcher and prince fielder was bearing down on you while you're waiting for a throw from the outfield, wouldn't you just move out of the way and let him score? a collision with prince fielder could mean death.

Strike 2 was in the same location but a bit higher Wow, I turned it on just in time to see strike 3. At least it seems Z is getting that same obscene corner. yeah, strike 3 on counsell was probably even more outside than strike 3 on soto. but they're both balls.
