have you been to the metrodome? Or Shea or the Vet? i probably went to more than 100 games at the vet, so i think i'm an authority on the matter. the vet was a complete dump. i can't really compare it with the old busch, riverfront or three rivers (cookie cutter multi-purpose stadiums), but i can't imagine those places being any worse.

They weren't. He just had too big of a lead... When the catcher tried to pick him off, you might as well go to third... ah okay... good to see we are still determined to make outs on the basepaths, but the nationals are too bad to let us.

he's the white kosuke fukudome, as i believe someone said yesterday. On offense. He doesn't do any of the other things in baseball nearly as well as Kosuke. yeah but he's WAY better at hurting himself

that was, without a doubt, one of the dumbest trades ever made. a team at the bottom of their division, and no hope to contend the following year, trades an asset with some value for an aging, badly overpaid back-of-the-rotation starter, who immediately becomes the highest-paid player in club history. what train of thought leads one to believe that that is a wise decision??? dave littlefield should be fired from the cubs immediately, this trade was that bad.

And the Panthers officially will not have a QB in this draft. With Delhomme in the last year of his contract. And no legitimate backup. I hate my team. and you don't have a first rounder next season to fix the problem with. Win the Super Bowl next season or have no chance at it until 2010! YAY! wait, the panthers have a chance to win the super bowl this year?
