  1. Jeff's team is 9-1? Talk about outperforming the pythag.
  2. 6'7" and 190 lbs? Jeez eat a burger dude. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  3. Although if you'd like to leave his 30+ point relief appearance and count it as a start, I'm okay with that. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  4. remove marcum's points from his relief appearance against the marlins today. i didn't realize that his start was being skipped due to a rainout yesterday.
  5. Well this is a pretty obvious one. You can replace a player if there is someone new (either through trade or a call-up) to take his place. He couldn't just move Rendon into that spot if Rendon had been called up a month ago.
  6. Too bad Pop is 5 years past his prime Really? The Spurs are probably more past their prime than anytime in the past 5 years, and they're up 1-0 in the finals.
  7. well you're mad about everything Well what happened to drafting impact guys? This guy has 5th starter written all over him. Yeah a lot of lefty 5th starters touch 95 with their fastball.
  8. lendy castillo suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.
  9. i'm big time on the villanueva bandwagon, at least as far as his potential to provide league-average production (taking into account his defense) at a cheap price for a few years.
  10. this was in the weekly recap i received by e-mail: clearly this information is correct, and not the 5-4 record reflected in our league. i trust our commissioner will add two wins to my record. thanks.
  11. baez walked, although it appears that the opposing pitchers have no idea what they're doing tonight. daytona have 9 walks and 2 hbp in 4 innings. soler is 1-1 with 2 walks, a SB and 3 runs. geiger hit a home run.
  12. apparently he doesn't want to walk.
  13. move them to the florida state league.
  14. well there's a difference of nearly 3K per 9IP in their careers, which is pretty significant. like i said, i didn't know much about his stuff, but he at least seemed mildly intriguing because he misses bats.
  15. final line for pierce johnson was 5.2 ip, 4 h, 1 r, 1 bb, 7 k, 1 hr. also, jonathon singleton hit his second home run in as many games against kane county. i assume he's in the MWL on some kind of rehab assignment since he's a really good prospect and posted an ops near .900 in AA last year.
  16. brett jackson 0-3 with 3 strikeouts. :x
  17. is yao-lin wang a prospect? he's had good K rates the last 2-3 years. don't know much about his stuff though. seems like he's been doing most of his work in relief.
  18. what? it's another year of not developing. this means that he's unlikely to play any kind of significant role on the big league team until at least 2015.
  19. has sveum not seen borbon's splits against LHP? why the f is he batting leadoff?
  20. Jason Neighborgall wishes he had Cody Buckel's command.
