Yeah, why the hell are they advertising it in Houston. probably because they can watch it down there.... but i only live in the home of one of the more prominent big ten members, so why should i be able to watch it too? same deal here in ohio. time warner customers are pissed. to be fair, the big ten network is asking $1.10 per customer to add it to basic cable, and that's a joke. I don't blame comcast or time warner for protesting that fee.
