Oh, I'll still be pissed at the Bears. I pretty much stay that way from draft day until the end of game 16.

 

I like seeing the Illini lose in everything, even in intersquad games. Not a Hawks fan.

pissing away 2 seasons is more than enough. they have now basically blown their window of oppurtunity when their pitchers were cheap. the staff will cost about double what they did in 2003 and just go up from there....if keery is getting 12 mil that will be the STARTING point for z and prior as their deals end. dempster will not be cheap if retained. you can bet they won't be upping the payroll, so looks like the postion players will take a hit.

we had a shot to win a series but i suspect that hendry and company have pissed away not only 2 seasons but really the only chance we had to win a series in this generation. if we would not open the check book when we were this close why do any of you think they will to remake the team? we have huge holes, about 70 mil tied up in pitching,dlee and aram..how do we upgrade anywhere and still field a team? 30mil for 16-18 players is going to be tough
