In only slightly related news, former Iowa farmhand Ivanon Coffie (nowadays playing for Almere in the Netherlands) has been selected to represent the host country. Randall Simon was also in the running for a spot on the Netherlands' 40 man roster, but didn't make the cut. Apparently, he's currently trying to get back on track in the Japanese minors with the Kobe Surpass.

Unfortunately, no.
