Cubs Convention

As I've officially given up on this year and can think only of having a chance to complain in person to the front office...anybody know when the Cubs convention will be this year? How do you get tickets? Where? Will there be a dunking booth in Lake Michigan for Dusty?

I think they go on sale sometime in November or December. I think its a first come first serve thing with the VWR's like they do for regular season tickets. I could be wrong though.

 

The convention is usually in mid to late January. Last year there seemed to be a huge demand for tickets, but once the event was going on, I was able to get 2 passes for a grand total of $10 (albeit during the afternoon on Saturday)

The convention is Friday, January 13th - Sunday, January 15th and passes usually go on sale right around November 1st. With this season, I'd imagine passes will remain $50. You can only get them over the phone (773-404-CUBS). Not in person anymore nor online and they've sold out about four hours and two and a half hours after going on sale the last two years, respectively.
