West Tenn Diamond Jaxx Grants NSBB Media Credential!

Greetings everyone. NSBB.com is pleased to announce that the West Tennessee Diamond Jaxx have granted NSBB media credential to be used throughout the remainder of the 2005 season! The request for credential was received by General Manager Jeff Parker this morning and confirmed this afternoon through the phone by "The Voice of the Diamond Jaxx" himself, Mr. Ron Potesta!

 

Thank you to the Diamond Jaxx for allowing this special access to the people and players in the Diamond Jaxx organization! In addition, a special thank you to General Manager Jeff Parker and Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting Ron Potesta!

I have no idea what name it's under. I'll try to find out tonight. I'm not sure if it's under my name alone or the name of NSBB with a list of approved names.

 

In regards to making money for the site, I have to look over the rules for the pass. I know there are some very specific rules and I wouldn't want to jeopardize that in any way. I do know that I cannot ask for autographs. We would like to continue showing support for team charities so I would appreciate hearing your ideas.

Greetings all, just got back from "The Big Chip". The media badge is in my name and does have several requirements. The badge is not in a general name since I have to sign agreements both with MLB and Minor League Baseball. I'll get around to listing the guidelines once I have a little more time.

WORKING MEDIA SEASON CREDENTIAL

The holder is admitted to Pringles Park for games and practices

 

The holder is admitted on hte condition, and by use of this pass agrees, that the holder will not transmot or aid in transmitting any description, account or reproduction of the Baseball Game (including pre-game and post-game activities) to which this pass admits the holder. Breech of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. The holder of this pass may transmit news reports of the game to the newspaper or press association represented by the holder for the sole purpose of publishing such news reports in the newspaper represented by the holder.

 

The holder grants permission to hte Participating Clubs and their agents to utilize holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded media display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Baseball Game to which the holder is admitted persuant to this credential.

 

The holder assumes all the risk and danger incidental to hte game of Baseball, whether occuring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by thrown or broken bats and thrown or batted balls. The holder agrees that the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx, the Southern League, the players, agents and other individuals associated therewith are not liable for any injuries resulting from such causes.

 

This pass is issued as a courtesy and for the exclusive use of the persons name herein. It is not transferable and, if presented by anyone else, it may be confiscated and automatically revoked. Anyone caught soliciting autographs or transferring credentials will be removed from Pringles Park.
