The Dodgers once again get the player they desire with lefty Tanner Scott for the bullpen. Before he signed with LA, it seemed the Cubs had a real chance to sign Scott to a long-term deal. But did it actually help the Cubs not to sign him to a 4-year, $72 million deal so they can allocate their money elsewhere?
