The Chicago Cubs selected 6'7" right-hander Carson Jasa out of the University of Nebraska with the 98th overall pick in the 2026 MLB Draft. A breakout star in the Big Ten, Jasa went 10-2 with a 3.59 ERA over 87.2 innings and struck out 117.
