Iowa put up 40+ for the 4th time this season and hit 38 another time. They now have 277 points in 9 games. They managed 216 all of last season, and that was in 14 games. Imagine what they could do if they had a QB.

yep, something about how early the season started this year means everyone gets a 2nd bye week.

I think it should help them plenty, because Altmyer seems banged up in addition to most of the secondary, and now they need to get another LB up to speed because Rosiek is out for the year

A couple times a decade there are 14 Saturdays from Labor Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend, ergo the 2 bye weeks.
