Fun with arbitrary sample sizes:

Cole Roederer over his past 13 games (54 PAs) - .295/.389/.523 (158 wRC+)

Continuing that fun:

Jimmy Herron over his last 11 games (48 PAs) - .342/.479/.605 (204 wRC+)

I saw a clip of Robel Garcia hitting a HR at AA. The video quality wasn't great, but the swing looked pretty good from the left side (he's a switch-hitter).

I wonder what other teams think of him and how much value he has? Robel will need to do this for a full season and even then teams might be reluctant to believe in this breakout.

1. Yunior Perez: 2.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K, 3/1 GO/AO, 29 pitches (17 strikes)

2. Jose Albertos: 2.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K, 3/0 GO/AO, 25 pitches (18 strikes)

Best I've seen Jose Albertos throw since 2017. Struck out the side in his first inning and then three weak contact ground-outs in his second inning. He worked fast, threw strikes (72% strikes), and was able to command his 92-95 MPH FB (something he has not been able to do very often over the past couple of seasons) and mix it effectively with his CH and CV. In his last outing a week ago he needed only 18 pitches to get through two innings (six ground outs), but today he was actually dominating.
