They are mostly terrible.

so the dugout was on bar rescue and apparently it was a disaster lmao

i'm pretty sure both the show and this place/the owner suck, so this is no surprise. can't say i feel bad for the owner for signing them up for this when it's obvious what happens. there's plenty of stuff online about the aftermath of plenty of their places too.

also, RIP baccis

horsefeathers bar owner request to be on show for free remodeling of his shitty bar. Shitty customers bitch that his bar isn't a shithole, anymore, shitty bar owner reverts bar to shittiness. Hipsters rejoice that they have a great awful horsefeathering bar to go to before games alongside Beer and Mullen's to show how much better they are than Wrigleyville scum.

Also have you heard about the crime rates?????

in my limited viewing of this show (usually when i'm obscenely hungover) it seems like the bars that can actually be saved by this show are the ones that over pour but still have the critical mass of customers

the rest are already on the way out just like the good majority of bars/restaurants. i don't think it's a black eye on show that some/most of them still go belly up.

Yea, I mean, I dont think the show really cares about the places staying open. Its literally just for show.

Such is every home renovation/decoration show on HGTV. It's a TV show first and foremost, and what the homeowner is left with after the live is almost inconsequential
