PPR League Keeper question

My team was terrible last year. I finished 2nd to last and pick 2nd in my draft this year. The only 2 options for keepers are as followed:

 

WR- Sammy Watkins- lose my 4th round pick

WR- Tavon Austin- lose my last round (16th) pick

 

FYI, PPR league. 12 teams. The 2 teams surrounding me already announced their keepers and will forgo 4th round picks. So, Watkins would mean 3 picks in a row kept, not keeping him would give me 2 out of 3 picks at the 4th/5th round turn.

I would do the math, see what players have been kept, and what players are likely to be drafted in rounds 1-3...and then see how Watkins compares to what is left. Big difference? Keep Watkins. Not a huge value, keep Tavon and hope they figured out how to use him.
