what is it about college baseball that makes the entire team crowd the home plate after every run cored?

 

I only ever see it done after game ending HR's or HR's that put the team ahead late in the game or something like that. These guys are just douches though and that's why the benches cleared.

College softball teams celebrate every run like they won the World Series. It's annoying

How could they not show the bat flip that went along with this...HOW:

 

 

something about the overcast-ness of the sky and the shadows reminded me of wrigley in sept/oct and i got really excited.
