I voted yes, but I haven't watched enough Cubs recently to really validate my opinion in any way.

Honestly, I think the most important thing for managers to do now is embrace defensive shifts. Every manager would make a few in-game decisions that we'd disagree with. I see no real reason not to give Dale a chance to manage the Cubs when there is more talent on the roster.
