That Knox injury is one of the worst I've ever seen on a football field. They might be saying he'll be okay, but that just means he may walk and sign autographs someday. But, he won't set foot on a football field with a uniform on ever again.

actually, they said the injury wasnt career threatening, but you have to wonder if he'll ever run a 4.3 40yr again.

 

That's absolutely shocking, if true. I have to echo the sentiments of someone else in this thread when they wondered how he was even still alive after that horrific looking injury.

 

The Bears need to move forward as though he won't fully recover, and spend the offseason now finding WR replacements for Sam Hurd, Dane Sanzenbacher, Roy Williams, Johnny Knox and Devin Hester.

 

Earl Bennett is the only one in my eyes that has a job next year from the receiving corps.
