Williams for Wayne

I've been offered Reggie Wayne for Mike Williams (TB). My interest stems from Williams unimpressive start and a desire to defray week 8 bye issues. Wayne has a terrible QB situation, but he's also 6th in the NFL with 40 targets. How stupid a move would this be?

I'd try to offer an opinion, but I'm too bitter about Williams's lack of production to be unbiased. He's been pretty frustrating so far.
