Jerome Harrison or Chester Taylor? or Woodhead!

I'm looking to fill out my bench with a RB who might possibly break out. I think the key to getting a good waiver pickup is getting the guy before he breaks out. In my league, you never get a good waiver guy unless you have #1 or 2 waiver position. Our waiver draft is over and both guys I'm considering are FA's.

I'm in a 0.5 PPR league starting 2 RB's every week + a WR/RB flex. I've been doing OK with Steven Jackson, LeSean McCoy and Ahmad Bradshaw. Jackson is the only guy who hasn't exceeded my expectations.

I'd like to grab either Jerome Harrison or Chester Taylor as a FA this week to fill out my bench.

Thoughts?

Harrison: Was good last year, was supposed to be the starter, and Hillis comes out of nowhere when he was out with an injury week 3. Might Harrison get another shot? Is Hillis for real?

Taylor: A lot of people thought he might take Forte's job as #1 RB prior to the season, and Forte's shown very little in his ability to run the ball. Might Taylor be the guy, and might Martz actually start running the ball a little? One problem with Taylor is I have major week 8 bye issues at RB.
