I wanted to be the first to congratulate Deven and the Dealers, but Don beat me to it.

 

I'm now glad that I couldn't watch the last two days, because I would have been angry with my team and probably dumped the whole lot. Deven's team pulled it out with less starts than he needed. My pitching imploded and because of that, it wasn't as close as it could have been. I don't think either of our teams were favorites going into it, so it's kind of cool that these last 2 years have featured teams that sort of came out of nowhere to lock up a championship.

 

It was a good season. Enjoy the offseason and we will see you all in the Spring.

 

The phone/email/internet lines are now officially open for offseason trading!

 

I may have the potential to take on points when I pare down my keeper list. I also might have good players available in trade. Make me an offer.

Brian's team gave it a good battle. It was more interesting in a way to come back from being gone for 2 weeks to see I won.

 

This was a challenging season. Every week seemed close and I had a ton of injuries. I don't recall making so many trades / roster moves in all the years I've been in the league. I look forward to trying to defend the title next year.
