Can anyone suggest a draft guide worth buying? I think they're all in the $7-10 range nowadays. I was planning on running to Barnes and Nobles after work today to pick one up.

google ads suggests rotowire apparently. My buddy bought like 6 of the darned things and they all seemed pretty similar. I'd stay away from the yahoo one just because all of the stuff in it is on their site. There were a couple that had a list of all players and a paragraph scouting report on each... those would be the most useful when you are under the gun to pick in a timed draft and you don't want to rely on the internet.

I used a free one from CBS Sportsline, but it wasn't as good as the Sporting News one I usually buy and print. I think they charge $8.

I've never purchased a draft guide before (unless you count BP a draft guide). What are the benefits of having a draft guide versus basic internet research? Is it sort of like a program that will analyze your team and suggest what player you should pick next or something? Or is it just information you can easily gather on your own?
