Hey everyone!

I run a blog and was curious if anyone had any ideas on certain Cubs topics they would like to see written about. I have a post that I am currently working on about Z's planned retirement, but if anyone else has some ideas please share.

Sorry guys took down the link so as not to make it about advertising. Just looking to find something to write that would resonate well with educated fans.

Thanks!

At this time of the year, 'drafting philosophies' may be one that you can try and tackle, however there will be a bunch of said pieces being created. Knowing only that you are a Cub fan, are you a stat cruncher, video monger, hunch player, how do these translate into who you would draft?

Wilken has a reputation, well deserved when you see the production he has acquired, but with the Cubs, Colvin? Cashner? a freaking reliever?@! Of course it is much to soon to grade the drafts and the lower minor are filling, as would be expected by his arrival. thoughts? questions? answers? I could see a piece being created on these lines. But as the draft is soon, sorry, but you don't have much time. Regardless, shoot me an IM, I'd like to see your blog.

An article entitled "Turning a 97-win team into a .500 Laughing Stock in One Easy Offseason."

With focus on trading DeRosa and Wuertz, signing Kevin Gregg, Milton Bradley, Aaron Miles, and Joey Gathright. Also, giving a full time job to a part timer with decent success in limited at bats.

Yeah I like that one. I think about writing it pretty much everyday. One of my big additions to what you have already written is that they gave a pretty big contract to Ryan Dempster which essentially was the money they needed to have Peavy in Chicago.
