Sure it can. Tim, Raw, and Goony are non-existent, there is no new owner for Juan's team, Dan only responds to you, and the rest of us have already swapped all the players that we're willing to. Just nor sure what else there is to be done. Once fantasy football ends, I would anticipate a couple of guys getting involved again.

 

But, let's be honest, this is the most uninvolved I have ever seen a keeper league be. You cannot get half the league to vote on issues, and it's tough to get any type of response on trade offers at all. It's like pulling teeth to get people to give you one minute a day during the offseason.

For the record, I made an offer to Tim on Dec 6th, and jiddy on Nov 26th, and have heard no reply on either.

Jiddy got your request but doesn't know all the ins and outs of the league. I have to admit I have been a bit lax on sending him what he needs. The last 3-4 weeks have been rough with Thanksgiving, fiscal year end at work and my Dad's triple bypass.

 

Things have calmed a bit so he's going to send me some questions he has and I'll get him the info.

Thanks. I've tried very hard to be thorough when I've made a request of him- explaining that he can only keep so many points, etc. But, I know that only answers a small handful of questions. Plenty of grace for the new guy.

 

It's when guys like Tim and Raw and Jebediah and veterans leave things unanswered for weeks at a time that I get a little impatient.

 

Hope your dad's okay. My father-in-law just had the lower half of his lung removed over Thanksgiving, so we're in the midst of family stuff as well. He's now living on two half lungs, and with cancer in his body, so I understand priorities, trust me.

My Dad had a double bypass 25 years ago when he was 41. I was only 11-12 at the time so I wasn't fully aware of everything that was going on. This has been my first dealing with a sick parent as the aging child and it sucks. My Sister is no help either being 1300 miles away in Chicago and not even asking if there was anything she could do to help.

 

He was discharged Saturday and will staying with us through January. I told him next time he wants to spend Christmas at my place try something less stressfull.
