In my league (11 teams, QB/RB/RB/Flex/WR/WR/DST/K, no ppr), the guy that has Tomlinson is 0-4. His team doesn't have alot of promise outside of Tomlinson. All but 3 teams will make it into the playoffs though, and it's looking like 3 wins might be just enough, as the back end of our league is pretty bad. I'm one of two teams sitting at 5-0, but I'm looking to improve anyways. He has 3 QBs on his roster (Trent Edwards, Hasselback, and Delhomme), has Ravens and Washington for his DST, and absolutely no receivers that are producing worth a darned outside of Tory Holt. At RB, he's got Willie Parker and McGahee who are both looking healthy.

I think he can't afford to wait for Tomlinson to break out like I can, so I think we may be a good match. I'm looking for help drafting a trade proposal for LT that I won't regret.

Here's my roster, with the guys I don't really want to give up if I don't have to in bold (though I might be talked into it for someone like LT though...)

QB: Rogers/Campbell

RB: Gore/Portis/J Jones/E Graham/Buckhalter

WR: Fitzgerald/Cotchery/Hester/Edwards/Engram

TE: Dallas Clark/Zach Miller

DST: Eagles/Buccaneers

K: Longwell/Nedney

Here's his team:

QB: Edwards/Delhomme/Hasselback

RB: LT/Parker/McGahee/McFadden/Lendale White/Sammy Morris

WR: Holt/Eddie Royal/Sidney Rice/Eddie Gonzalez

TE: Heath Miller (one deep and he's giving up points on a bye this week)

DST: Ravens/Redskins

K: Rod Bironas (one deep here too, and he's also on a bye week)

He can't afford to lose this week, as he's going against another guy who has only one win and is one of the guys he needs to leapfrog in order to make the playoffs.

Anyways, I'm thinking about offering a receiver of his choice, Campbell, and the Buccs D in exchange for his crappy backup D, his worst QB (which ever he thinks it is), and LT. I'll throw in my backup TE (Z Miller) and my backup Kicker (Nedney) as well if need be, as I think I can get comparable or better replacements off of the waiver wire. Would that be giving up too much? What kind of offer would you guys put together considering those two teams?

Do NOT trade fitzgerald for LT

He's one of the three guys I don't want to move. I'm just looking for a target of opportunity since LT is a great candidate to explode soon and he's on the worst team in my league.

Your going to have to give up Portis and more..You always have to give up something to get something..I can't stand trades with people who say I'll give you Roddy White,Santana Moss, some crappy RB for Addai,Jackson,LT etc..If I was the other guy I would demand Fitzgerald and a #2RB..Thats just fair on both sides..Your giving up a #1 wideout for a #1 RB and you can get a #2 back since it is LT..

Lt is not that good anymore

His numbers right now are pretty close to what he put up last year at the same point in the season.

He's also playing with a turf toe injury..It's LT for god sakes..You don't trade the guy unless your getting a Fitzgerald or Westbrook caliber type of player for him. Unless your an idiot.

So is there another package that makes sense for the other guy that he might bite on that doesn't include Fitz, considering how bad his team is and how he needs help at multiple spots?
