I'd imagine they have them outside of Wrigley at whatever the place is with all the sherseys.

 

I seem to remember seeing them at one of the outdoor vendors as well.

My friend grabbed a Daytona shirt with Samardzija on the back when he was down there last year. He's worn it to happy hour at bars around Wrigley for about the past 2 months.

They are impossible to find online, I've been looking for Vance, who wants to make it a half-shirt. :)
