I thought we could put this issue to a vote too.

 

Just for clarification, this only applies to years the keeper option is used. If you don't keep, but then re-draft the player, he doesn't count as a year. Also, this would be consecutive years, so if you keep a guy for two years then let him go into the draft, if you redraft him, his keeper year count would reset as he was available in the draft. At least, that's how I'd envision the rule.
