It isn't that he was added, per se. What happened is that a new guy took over a team, and I made him an offer for Oswalt. Because he is still new to the league, and to CBS, he did not know that he had an offer and released Oswalt. I sent him an email asking what it was about the deal he didn't like, and he told me that he was never aware that he had an offer. We presented the case to the commish, and he allowed the deal to be made because the newbie was unaware.
