Exempt Players

I realize that there is language in the rules that should make it clear who is exempt and who is not, but is someone going to publish a list of our exempt players for us?

 

I have a couple of players who are confusing to me, such as BJ Upton. Any listing would be very helpful.

 

Plus, having a list of players might be helpful to see, in terms of other teams players who are not exempt. It could fuel some trade talks. Might as well trade a player for an exempt player instead of just releasing him altogether. Might make the draft a little less loaded, but it makes the hot stove more fun.

I think it would be helpful to see everyone's, because that could spark trade talks. If I can see who has players they cannot possibly keep, and I have tradeable parts who are exempt, it helps make deals more feasible.
