What's the motivation to win this league?

Is there any way to add some incentive to win a championship?

 

I mean, as it stands now, you win and all that means is you get last pick in the draft.

 

Should we give the champion something? Like a higher draft pick, or maybe the right to keep a fourth player for the next year?

 

I haven't had a lot of time to think about it, but I sort of like the fourth keeper award.

 

Something to think about.
