Help a Fantasy Football moran, do I do this trade?

Ok, I'm not really into fantasy football (or really fantasy sports at all), but my brother in law has a league at his work and he needed people so I joined.

 

This guy wants to trade Ronnie Brown for Travis Henry. Travis Henry's last years stats are better, and using reason that this is a straight up trade of two guys at the same position I'm guessing this guy is just trying to upgrade and hope I go for it?

 

Please note this league doesn't give points for bastard children.

 

 

 

While I have this brought up, is Hester worth having on my Bench?

Am I too much of a homer having Berrian as my 3rd WR (3WR in the starting lineup), my 1 and 2 are Houshmandzadeh and Roy Williams.

Go for it..Travis Henry has been going really early in drafts..He's in denver now and could put up big stats in that offense..Its pretty even trade..It kind of makes no sense.But do it.I thikn You upgrade a little bit.Berrian is fine as #3 as a number 2 is kind of ehhh..you should be fine though
