Is this why Matt Craig or Josh Kroeger haven't been playing?

 

Without reading the Inside The Ivy, just from the free blurb at the link I think the "Cubs Prospects Absent" headline refers to Cubs being absent from this year's list of suspended players. The caption for the picture says "Cubs prospects have been in the clear this season".

Actually, i think it means they haven't been in the clear.

judging by the quality of our minor league system, it's rather apparent that nobody's enhancing their performance.
