I've got a bad feeling we're going to let Eaton settle in the same way we let that Reds pitcher from Sunday whose name I can't recall settle in.

I'm not surprised really, but if you look at his ERA and wHIP etc. he doesn't really settle in.

Except throw out the whip stat against the cubs, we don't bother with taking walks.

So can we use the... HIP?

Yep, and even that is misleading, since our lineup has about three guys who can't in it.

How in the world does Tad Iguchi become Barry Bonds against us? And how was ball three not strike three?

off topic, Fred, but were you actually in Watersmeet, Mi. the other day, or just picking random midwest towns?

3-2 Cardinals. Paulino drops a pop up with two outs. Next pitch Ludwig doubles in Rolen. Paulino dropped the throw at home that would have had him. The Pirates are a joke.

CUBS are 25-11 when they allow fewer than 3 walks.... 31-38 when they don't

Go CUBS !!

My money is on 20 or so of those 31 being Z starts.

Anyway, another crappy throw by Kendall.
