Andrew Miller or Garza? Or Both?

I'm in first in a 12 team h2h money league. My offense is very solid, although I have no bench. I'm tempted to pick up Freel, since he's so versatile (and could use his SB), but I'm waiting for him to show that he's healthy.

 

I recently made a trade giving up 3 guys to get Joe Mauer. This leaves me with Barrett and Zito to drop. I am only allowed 18 moves over the course of the season, but so far I'm only at 9 (better shape than most). Should I drop one of them for Garza or Miller? Or should I drop both? I've got a lot of pitching in terms of both talent and depth (Peavy, CC, Zambrano, Lincecum, Gallardo, Gorz, Oliver Perez and Zito). Thanks.
