I'll never forget Todd's first big league outing. All downhill from there.

 

K'd the side vs. the Brewers.

 

FTW, IIRC

Actually Farnsworth got the win and Wellemeyer got the save.

 

Yeah, that was that 16 or 17 inning game where our pitchers threw a ton of K's.

 

I miss those days.

 

Yep. The days of the power arms. Didn't Patterson break that game open with a homerun in that game?

I think Todd is the Cards new setup man. He came in with a man on and nobody out in the 8th today, struck out one, gave up one hit and no walks. I think he's at a 7:1 SO:BB ratio in 5 innings for the Cards now.
