Since there are two teams without managers (Warpticon and The Attacking Aardsmas) and a bunch of people with holes to fill that missed the draft, I'm going to contract those two teams and put those players back into the player pool.

Waivers will run on Wednesday night / Thursday morning, so be sure to put in your claims for players you want before that time.

The current waiver order:

1. Hosak

2. Slainte

3. Minnesota Masterbatters

4. Banedon

5. Incarcerated Scarfaces

6. New Jersey Nine

7. Booser Pop

8. White Soxoholics

9. Buckner hits a Double

10. Vinestal

11. SoCal Cubs

12. Roady

You can put in an unlimited number of claims, but only get one pick per round. If someone more familiar with Sportsline waivers could add to this and explain something for me, I'd appreciate it. There are several really good players that are going into the pool. I'm pretty sure that both Berkman and ARod will be long gone before I make my first pick in the waivers process. If I have them listed as my first two picks, does that mean that I don't get a pick in the first two rounds...or does that mean that my first round pick will just be the next player on my list?

I would hope it is the latter process, but I don't know for certain and don't see anything there that would explain it.

well this sucks. I would have been # 2 on the list if I hadn't already put a claim in. Grrr....

You're further down the list because I set the order to be the same as the draft order and you did well last year. The original waiver order had the best teams from last season picking first, which wouldn't have made any sense.

do you still have who was on those rosters?

No, but if you go to stats and look at the free agents, it's pretty easy to see who the best players were.

Tim..

What will happen is this- whenever a player you have put a claim on has been taken, then your subsequent claims will all move ahead. The first player you have claimed who is still avalailable will be your first waiver acquisition. You won't be passed over. The first player who you have claimed and is still available when you are at the top of the list is the player you will receive.

Alright, so then the question is this: ARod or Berkman for you?
