WGN Radio, ESPN 1000 and The Score have all said they will be carrying the press conference live. Here's the info for listening in:

 

WGN Radio AM 720 (click listen live in top LH corner)

 

ESPN Radio Chicago AM 1000 (click 'listen live' tab)
