I hate to do all of this, but I have been swimming in so much information that I'm beginning to wonder if I have this right. I'm going to list 4 teams here-if you see any holes or any upgrades, please let me know. I have listed 2 trades I have offered other clubs-see if I should cancel the trades or not, and see if I should pick up Gabriel in the two leagues I have put it on. Thank you-I know this is a lot of information, but I'd really appreciate a quick look to see if I've missed something.

Team 1, 2, and 3 are standard Yahoo leagues-1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Def/ST, 1 K, 10 teams

Team 4 is a 12 team league-1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR, 1 WR/TE, 1 DEF, 1 HC, 1K (standard scoring-HC is 2 points for a win, -2 for a loss)

Ok, here they are:

Get rid of Vick in both leagues. He's completely worthless. I think you may get laughed at for the 2 trades you proposed. They're both a little lopsided in your favor.

If you can, pick up Mike Anderson in the league where you've got Lewis, I have a bad feeling about his hip and his age. Maybe look for him for team 4 as well.

A little thin at RB in a couple of places, but without being able to see who's available, that doesn't look too bad.

Thanks for the help. I actually already got the Boldin+Horn for McGahee+Addai deal done-the person is considering the other deal, but he told me he was strongly considering it (he needs the depth badly). I'm going to wait and see on Vick-I didn't really want to take him, but in round 11 or 12 he was a better option than some other QB's-his running does help at times, and I only hope to start him a couple of times.

I think the first team is the best, or at least the most well rounded. It has good depth, and you might even want to consider dropping Gabriel in that league. I don't see you playing him over your other WRs and the Patriots should be going run heavy, so I don't see Gabriel putting up great numbers.

Your second team is pretty decent, I like your WR depth. That trade shouldn't be accepted, as I don't think anyone would trade one of the three best players for a bunch of third tier players. Quantity for quality usually doesn't work with first round picks. I don't see much thats worth upgrading, but if you go for Jamals backup, its actually Smith not Anderson. Gabriel is better than Porter (hes a number three right now) but there could be someone even better on the waiver.

Your third team also has good WR depth, and a well rounded team. Gabriel deffinatly isn't needed, all you WR are better. You might want to find a different backup QB though. McNabb is prone to injury and I don't think Favre is going to be worth a roster spot this year. His team is terrible and his decision making has gotten really bad to the point where all his picks hurt a lot. Maybe someone like Chris Simms is available, who has a lot of upside and can be very good this year.

I assume the Manning on team 4 is Peyton. I personally don't like the deal you made. You did need RB help but this really weakens your WRs. Boldin should be very good this year and Horn could have a good year with no other recievers on that team. Santana Moss should revert back to his old self with how much they'll spread the ball this year and Brunnell looking bad. McGahee will get a lot of touches but their QB and line stink so hes not a great back. Addai could be good but its a big risk. Also, why do you have 3 TEs? Unless you start 2 its a waste of a roster spot. I don't like this team as much as the others. You had a dynamic WR set but now its just ok and you didn't improve your RBs too much.

Nice analysis on the teams. It looks like I'm Gabriel crazy, but it's just a guy who can sit on the end of my bench, and has a possibility of breaking out this year that is sitting on the waiver wire-I haven't picked him up on the teams with good wideouts already though.

I like team 1 a lot. It's my favorite team, as I drafted RB heavy and made a trade to get Holt and Gates, which made a bunch of top picks on my roster.

I've decided to abandon the trade offer on trade 2-I think I could talk him into it, but with the games going now and the couple days it takes for trades to go through it just becomes too complicated, especially for the time it will have to take to get the deal to go through in the first place. I'm not too worried about getting a backup for a player who is a 4th RB already, so no problem there.

I am worried about backup QB on team 3-thanks for confirming my suspicions. I don't think QB's will be highly valued on the waiver wire early, so I am going to be watching it closely in the first 2 weeks.

I didn't want to break up my dynamic WR set, that is true. I forgot though when listing my wideouts that I have Darrell Jackson also. With Jackson, I feel I have enough to compete-and if Rudi had gone down in the first couple weeks, I didn't really have any starting RB's to replace him-now I'm starting McGahee in the RB/WR slot and he can move to RB at times. The QB is Peyton-I have 3 TE's because there are a few weeks I might consider starting 2-especially since the Brady-Watson connection is supposedly getting much better. Also, there just really isn't anybody I really would want to drop one of them at this point on the waiver wire for-I can use that spot later to drop and add as I need later in the season though. My 4th team is my least favorite team-it kicked me out for 3 picks in the middle of the draft, and one of the picks it gave me was Ron Dayne, which of course was a player I never would have drafted-and really left me weaker at RB than I wanted to be.

Again, thank you for the insights-I really enjoyed reading them, and especially where your thought process differed from mine-it's always wonderful to read another perspective.

This is terrible advice. While Vick isn't good as an NFL QB, he's a solid fantasy QB. He averaged 18+ Fantasy points a game for the last two years. Any scoring system where rushing yards are valued around 15 to 10 yards/point Vick is going to be very solid.

Damn good posting here. Vick has been a stud this year.
