Hendry to be on radio pregame

I'm pretty sure I just heard Mazur say they were going to have Hendry on the radio pregame shortly.

Some of the lowlights:

 

Maddux encouraged him to do what was best for the Cubs

 

He was "wowed" by the deal. Best defensive SS in the NL. Also an improving offensive player.

 

Wasn't going to trade Maddux for a couple of average prospects. Had to be a great deal like this one.

 

He brought Maddux in here when we thought we were close to winning (obviously we are not close now!).

 

Did not expect to get such a good deal for Walker (nice!).

Ozzie Smith really needs to come out of retirement. He'd get a 3/27 deal from Hendry easily.

He needs some money. His duds are a bit dated.
