I want to update the picks over at the State College Spikes board tomorrow and want to know where the best site is for me to cut and paste the player bios/scouting reports after each pick? I'm not subscribed to baseball america or baseball prospectus or anything, so the has to be free. Does MiLB.com do this? Rotoworld?

Well brewerfan.net has quite a few profiles that you can use. MLB's draft tracker used to have a bunch of profiles but it seems as though they've backed off quite a bit this year. Other than that, you can always do quick summaries of what the player's college profile page says.

will ESPN or MLB.com have capsules? In other words, will they list the draft picks and link to bios or anything?

No idea. In the past MLB.com has offered stuff (WITH SCOUTING REPORTS IN ALL CAPS LIKE DEATH IN A TERRY PRATCHETT BOOK), but I'm unsure if they're going to continue doing it.
