My brother-in-law was a catcher for O'Malley in Juco. Don't know much about his playing history, but I can tell you he's one heck of a nice guy.

 

Maybe more importantly, he's a big Cubs fan. His dream is to pitch at Wrigley.

 

In a league where loyalty is an afterthought it's nice to meet a guy like O'Malley who is a genuine fan of the team.

 

Here's hoping for a call-up to the big show.
