I need to add another Starting Pitcher to my team in a 13 team league. I can only make a FA pickup once every two weeks, so I've got to get it right. Keep in mind that our league is very pitching intensive and awards heavily for wins. I can choose from the following:

Scott Baker

Angel Guzman

Kyle Davies

Jorge Sosa

John Koronka

Woody Williams

Wade Miller

Cole Hamels

It's a keeper league, although you can only keep one and it takes the place of your first rounder, so it's not really that significant. I'd like to grab Guzman but the question is will he stick with the big squad? Baker seems to be the safe choice and the other guys don't seem to have a ton of upside.

Hamels obviously stands out among that group. He just struck out 14 in 7 innings in his AAA debut. Hes always an injury risk though and will probably be a sept call up, unless an injury (or two) occurs. If you need to be playing a pitcher now, go with Baker. Davies is really good, and has had two good starts so thats promising. He'll improve on his 2005 performance, but itd be hard not to. His K/BB is looking good this year, but he has to keep the ball in the park. Thats what killed him last year (well one of many problems). Baker is the safest bet. Hes not going to get you strike outs, but your picking up a FA, you cant ask for a 5 category guy. Sosa aint nothin sans Leo, and I think the others speak for themselves.
