Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there was a link where several systems were compared to UZR, and I believe Probabilistic Model of Range was the closest to matching UZR.

 

When it comes to first basemen though, it's much more difficult to quantify given that their main task in fielding(catching throws) differs from other fielders(fielding batted balls).
