I got bored recently and decided to see if I could sew together a passable radio pregame opener out of various Cubs soundbites and music. All clips came from Jon M. Davis' Cubs Sound Page and they were put together in Audacity. They're a little rough in some places, and I'm sure you experienced audio people out there could edit rings around me, but for the result of too much time on my hands, I don't think they're too bad.

I made two versions, one using Ramirez's grand slam against the White Sox, June 25, 2005:
