opinions wanted

I am in a 12 team AL only 5x5 league and can keep up to 3 of the following players

 

Lackey $15

Garland $8(he was great for me last year but he worries me)

Chacon $6 - not getting any respect but he is going to get a ton of run support

A Hill - 2B/3B - $5

Jose Lopez 2b - $5

 

I am already keeping Nathan, Hafner, and Polanco.

 

What do you guys think?

Garland for about half the price of Lackey isn't bad. He will probably win 15+ games and have a sub 4.00 ERA.
